Boomerang launches the Triage turnkey solution at the Optimizing Call Centres Summit in Barcelona.
The Boomerang team just got back from a successful trip to Barcelona attending the 8th Annual “Optimising Call Centres” summit (OCCsummit) to launch its new Triage turnkey solution, that took place from October 3rd to 5th, 2017. Boomerang was part of the group of companies sponsoring the summit, along with respected names such as Genesys, Noble Systems, Vonage and Digital Genius.

Some high calibre figures were speaking at the event, including Vodafone’s Director of Customer Retention – Raymond Lohr and Simon Separghan who is Managing Director for Global Contact & Digital Channels at Barclays. Boomerang’s CEO, Peter Tanner, was in very good company when he took to the stage.
Peter addressed an enthusiastic audience of over 100 delegates including C-level, Directors and Heads of departments who are responsible for contact centre services and digital experience across a range of sectors including Retail, Banking, Telecom and Aviation Peter’s talk focused on the digital messaging within contact centre communications and also heralded the launch of Boomerang Triage leverages these benefits by providing an organisation with an automated support channel, via which customers can resolve their support requests automatically. Where this is not possible, requests are instantly diverted to an agent with all of the pertinent information provided before speaking to the customer.
During the breakout session, the team had the opportunity to discuss the innovative product – as well as the full range of Boomerang’s messaging solutions already available and employed by many and various partners all over the world – with representatives from companies such as Cyta (Cyprus’ prime telecom provider), El Al Israel Airlines Ltd, Telindus (one of Belgium’s biggest ICT services and solutions providers for the corporate and the public sector), BLC Bank, Tech Mahindra, and many others.
It was great to witness first hand how well Boomerang Triage was received at such a flagship event and opens up another facet to the growing family of Boomerang products.
