Barbara Nogueira – In The Hot Seat

Barbara was recently appointed Marketing Manager here at Boomerang.

After moving to England from France, Barbara learnt her trade at London Metropolitan University; gaining a BA (Hons) degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications & Public Relations. Along with completing various Marketing internships, Barbara has built an impressive CV in a short period of time.

On completing a 6-month internship with Nitin Goyal; a premiere design firm, Barbara has gone on to be Production Assistant Coordinator with IVY Drink, and more recently Marketing & Operations Executive with ChapmanBlack before her recent appointment with us here at Boomerang.

Who is your ultimate role model and why?

Oprah Winfrey – she has gone through some tough times in her life, and is now one of the most successful people in America. She’s handled success with grace and dignity and this inspires me to believe that we can do anything we want – which we can! In my eyes she has influenced the way women think, talk, eat, study, shop, exercise and lead and has changed our everyday culture.
