We love to work with integration partners as we often find we are helping solve a problem, ensuring the service used is delivered correctly, is reusable, is scaleable and can be rolled out geographically 

In the world of messaging and workflow design there are so many pitfalls that by coming to an organisation like Boomerang you are ensuring you and your customers will not befall the contractual, regulation and administrative pitfalls out there to trap you in your endeavours. 

There are several integration partner types: 

Direct Integration 

Where an integration partner has either built a connection into the Boomerang service, or connected a 3rd party product into the boomerang service and where the integration partner wants Boomerang to manage the on boarding, contracting, support and billing Boomerang will provide a monthly statement of each customers licencing and message usage and the integration partner will provide an invoice which will be paid after the customer has paid any outstanding bills invoiced by Boomerang  

Professional Integration 

If an Integration partner wants to fully integrate a 3rd party service into the Boomerang application where the customer is managed billed supported and contracted by the Integration partner Boomerang will contract directly with the partner and bill the partner for any services used by its customers 

Boomerang will bill the professional integration partner at a discounted rate for services used.
