Referral

Doing business is hard enough, so when you can simply make a referral to a service or product your customer needs and there is a straightforward partnership mechanism to connect to and benefit from an ongoing revenue why not join up and enjoy the benefits. 

We are happy to work with any organisation that wants to refer its customers to us and benefit from a revenue share for any licensing or messaging revenues received by Boomerang. 

We have different ways to approach this depending on how involved the referring partner wants to get. 

Direct referral  

A Direct partner simply passes a qualified lead who is ready to sign up, or who is going to access services through the partners own services or products and the  

On-boarding contracting support and billing is managed by Boomerang 

Boomerang will share a statement for each referred customer, and the partner will bill us for its portion of the revenue. Monies will only be paid after Boomerang has received payment from the customer. 

Business Referral 

Our partner passes us the customer already signed and connected to the services. The business referral partner will be expected to on board the customer and provide 1st line support and can choose to contract and bill. We will bill accordingly and make the required payments after cleared funds have been received from the customer.   

Professional Referral 

In this instance a professional partner will manage every part of the customer journey including onboarding, contracting, billing, and support. 

Boomerang will bill the partner a discounted rate for its customers usage and contract directly with the partner
